Work Programme The Work Programme provides support to people who are long-term unemployed to help you find work. We are delivering specialist support to people with disabilities who require extra help or support. Expand We are disability employment specialists with over 30 years experience of supporting people with disabilities into work. Our aim is to provide the support you need throughout your individual journey into employment. Therefore, as well as offering you the support, information and training you need to get a job, we will provide you with help once you are there.
Work Choice Are you unemployed or looking for work? Do you have a disability? Work Choice at Ellingham Employment Services could be for you! Expand If your disability means you are facing additional barriers to finding and keeping a job, Ellingham will support you to ensure you don’t have to overcome them alone. On the Work Choice programme we will provide: Your own dedicated employment advisor. Support, training and guidance. Help to secure employment. Help to settle in and progress at work. We also help EMPLOYERS to employ and retain disabled members of staff.

Outreach East Project We can help you get into work, training or volunteering within a short period of time. You will receive 1-2-1 mentoring and support with interview techniques, CV preparation, budgeting, benefit calculations and confidence building. You will receive 1-2-1 mentoring and support with interview techniques, CV preparation, budgeting, benefit calculations and confidence building. Outreach East is designed to help those who are: Long term unemployed: Over 6 months (if aged 19-24), Over 12 months (if aged 25+) Disabled: Which may including hidden disabilities like diabetes, sickle cell & thalassemia, hypertension, depression, learning needs, etc. Living in Waltham Forest, Newham, or Redbridge. Not on the Work Programme - or any other mainstream programme. The project may also help those who are economically inactive, women who are facing barriers to work, lone parents or older people (50 plus).
