Good Luck Esther, and Thank You!

It is with great sadness we report that much loved Esther Elliot has left Ellingham, after an amazing 25 years of wonderful service.

My employment in Ellingham may finish. But the sweet memories of working with you all will never diminish”.

Esther began working for Ellingham in 1994 as an Administrative Assistant, rising to Senior Manager in 2010 – responsible for successfully managing the DWP Work Choice programme and then the Work & Health Programme. Over the years Esther has been instrumental in helping hundreds of disabled people into employment.

Ellingham Founder and Chair of Trustees Chris Bailey was sad to see Esther go:

“On behalf of the Trustees, I send best wishes to Esther & her family and wish her well in her future endeavours She will be sorely missed and we would like to thank her most sincerely for her hard work & dedication.

She successfully ran our employment programmes from our Woodford offices, regularly going over and above the “call of duty”, such was her dedication to her client group. She had a solid approach to improving the lives of our clients and dogged determination that they should reach their goals, even in these difficult times.”

Everyone at Ellingham wishes Esther all the best for the future, and the place will certainly not seem the same without her. However, as Esther herself said:

“With my resignation my employment in Ellingham may finish. But the sweet memories of working with you all will never diminish”.

Good luck Esther, and thank you. XXX
