I Can Ventures offer a range of modern, fun and quality activities for people with Learning Disabilities. 

Our day activities are based upon on 4 pillars of empowerment: 

• Independence
• Work
• Healthy Living
• Inclusion

Founded in 1984 and firmly established within the community our experienced and highly qualified staff provide expert support, within a secure and friendly atmosphere. 

Activities take place both in house and out in the heart of the community and we are very well served by local transport links.  There are also work related opportunities to participate within one of our Social Enterprises.

We are an ASDAN accredited centre and offer a range of programmes and qualifications to develop key skills, skills for employment and life skills.  We will help you to develop a learning programme and track your goals and achievements.

Above all I Can Ventures is about being able to participate, socialise and develop skills and independence whilst having fun and feeling supported and happy.

A choice of hot lunches can be enjoyed in our Community Cafe, and are included in our prices.

Who we support

Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and additional physical or sensory disabilities. 

This includes Transition clients and adults of all ages and abilities.  We will asses support needs and help you put together an individual programme, tailored to your aims and wishes.  

We welcome referrals from: 

• Social Services LD teams, Brokers, Social Workers and other Professionals.
• Adults who receive Individual Budgets, Direct Payments or Independent Living Funds.
• Parents/Carers.
• Private (Fee paying) customers.
