A leadership and management expert is raising money for Ellingham through sales of a new book.
The author, Robert Mitton has been successfully guiding our Senior Management Team through their Level 6 Management NVQs, but he also runs his own company BRITEthink and has just published his new book – How To Build A Community In Your Business, which examines how a community helps to power innovation and productivity.
The book was launched last week at Mindspace London where Robert led a workshop and expert panel discussion around community building in business. Robert has kindly arranged for a percentage of book sales to be donated to Ellingham.
